All purchases made through DP4U Services Pvt. Ltd. for mobile or DTH recharges and Bill Payment Services are final and non-refundable. No exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted once the transaction has been successfully completed. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the mobile number or DTH account number they provide during the transaction. DP4U Services Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect details entered by the user.
In the rare event that your payment is successfully processed but the recharge or bill payment is not delivered within 24 hours, you may contact our customer support team. Please email us at the address provided on our Contact Us page, and include the following details: Mobile number or DTH account number, Operator name, Recharge amount, Transaction date, Order number. DP4U Services Pvt. Ltd. will investigate the issue promptly. If it is confirmed that the payment was received but the recharge was not delivered, a full refund will be issued within 72 working hours to the original payment method. DP4U Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the request does not meet the criteria.
